1. Return period

Eligible products may be requested for return within 14 days after delivery. A return request should be submitted through the Return Form or customer care before the parcel is sent back.

2. Condition of returned goods

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from perfume, cosmetics or other marks. Original labels, accessories and packaging must be included. The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely for transport.

3. Exclusions

Made-to-order, personalized, altered and specially produced products can be excluded from voluntary return where applicable law permits. This can include pieces produced specifically in sizes above 40. Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

4. Return shipping

Unless a product is confirmed defective or mandatory law provides otherwise, return shipping, insurance, customs and related costs are borne by the customer. A trackable shipping method is recommended.

5. Inspection and refund

Returned goods are inspected after receipt. If the return is accepted, the refund is processed through the original or otherwise legally applicable payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times can apply after SYLA Atelier has initiated the refund.

6. Exchanges

An eligible item may be exchanged once within 14 days after delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact customer care before returning the item. Exchange transport and related costs are normally the customer's responsibility.

7. Damaged or incorrect products

If an order arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, contact customer care promptly with the order number and supporting photographs where possible. The case will be reviewed under the applicable consumer-protection rules.

8. Order cancellation

Orders that have not entered production or shipment may be cancellable. Bespoke or specially produced orders can become non-cancellable once production has started, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
